Rob has spent his ministry career serving Southern Baptists through both local church leadership and denominational engagement. He began as a student pastor before moving into roles that connected him with pastors, churches, and denominational leaders across the country. His experience in communications, strategy, and denominational life gives him a unique perspective on helping churches identify and secure the right leaders for future ministry. Rob currently serves as Director of Strategic Relationships at Criswell College in Dallas, TX.

Matt Kendrick has served local churches for over 20 years— churches that averaged 100, 250, 500, 1500, 7,000, and 20,000 in attendance. He has vast experience in hiring great staff members and developing teams. Matt serves as the Founding Pastor of Redemption City Church in Fort Worth, TX.
